A few days ago, I was rushing to beat the deadline of my research about
European cultures. So I ran to a nearby internet cafe in order to get the sources I needed before I could start working on my computer. To my big disappointment, I found myself surfing at a cafe with the slowest connection ever. By the way, I think surfing is even a gracious term to use. Waiting, that was exactly what I did at that damn cafe. The whole place was comfortable and the devices were cool. But the poor connection was simply intolerable. In fact, the 30 minutes I spent seated in that cafe was consumed by waiting rather than working. So I decided to leave the shop and look for a better one.
