It seems to me that more Americans will get to enjoy the benefits of the Internet. The government is doing its best to provide every individual either in his/her home or business a free Internet service. The government will cover the payments for such services. This isn’t exactly what I call the best government measure in bridging the technology gap. But at least, the people who hold key positions in the government know how to put our taxes into good use.
