There are three sales practices that are deceptive. One is slamming, where providers of phone services switch to unauthorized. Two is cramming, where DSL providers release billing charges (unauthorized) to
your telephone company and these charges appear on your bill. Lastly, telemarketing fraud where some people pretend to be professional telemarketers. So far, the common victims of DSL provider fraudulence are the innocent elderly people. Remember, these frauds will never stop unless you stop believing them!
